Messages, attachments, and session reviews
Every athlete has one private thread with the coaches in their workspace. There is no public feed or user discovery, and ordinary access to the thread ends when workspace membership ends.
Find the conversation
Section titled “Find the conversation”- Athletes open Feedback.
- Coaches open Review, then select an athlete under Messages.
- A coach can also choose the new-message button in Review and select an athlete.
Send and organize messages
Section titled “Send and organize messages”Enter a message in the composer and send it. In the message menu, you can reply to a specific message; your reply includes a quote that returns to the original. You can also react to a message, and you can edit a message you sent.
Completed sessions appear directly in the timeline. Open a session card to inspect its exercises, logged sets, and post-workout check-in.
Attach training context
Section titled “Attach training context”Choose the + button beside the composer, then choose a completed session, a specific lift from a logged session, a photo, or a training video. Photo and video choices appear when upload is available on the device.
Wait for media preparation and upload to finish before leaving the thread. If an upload fails, keep the original photo or video, reconnect, and retry once.
Review a completed session
Section titled “Review a completed session”When an athlete finishes, the workout appears under Review → Needs review.
- Open the session.
- Review every set and the effort, joint-pain, and enjoyment check-in.
- Choose Mark reviewed.
- Add a message if the athlete needs context, a correction, or a change for the next workout.
Marking a session reviewed removes it from the queue; it does not remove the session from the athlete’s history or conversation.
Control alerts
Section titled “Control alerts”On iPhone or Android, open Settings → Notifications. Athletes can toggle coach-feedback alerts. Coaches can toggle athlete-message, finished-workout, and new-member alerts. A coach can also mute an individual athlete thread from the thread menu.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive medical information in a message or attachment.
