Billing and workspace capacity

Cleanpull plans change how many active or invited members a workspace can contain. Product features are available on every plan.

Only the workspace owner can view or change its billing. On desktop web, open Settings → Plan & billing. In the phone app, an owner with an existing subscription can open Settings → Billing; new subscription checkout is completed on the web.

Members covered by another owner’s workspace do not need to pay. A coach who needs a separate roster can create and own another workspace.

The free plan includes the owner plus three other active or invited members. Pro and Studio plans offer larger capacities shown on the billing screen.

  1. Open the workspace billing screen.
  2. Choose monthly or annual billing. The annual option includes two months free compared with monthly billing.
  3. Select the capacity that fits active members plus outstanding invitations.
  4. Complete checkout in Stripe.

An upgrade takes effect immediately and Stripe calculates any prorated amount. For a downgrade, contact [email protected] with the workspace name and requested plan.

Choose Manage on Stripe from the billing screen. The Stripe customer portal lets the owner update the payment method, download invoices and receipts, cancel the subscription, or resume a scheduled cancellation before the current period ends.

Cleanpull does not store your full card details. Never send card numbers by email.

What happens after cancellation or a failed payment

Section titled “What happens after cancellation or a failed payment”

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, when the workspace moves to the Free capacity. Existing members keep access if the workspace is then over capacity, but new invitations pause until enough places are available or the plan is upgraded again.

After a failed payment, follow the notice on the billing screen and update payment in Stripe. Access may enter a grace or restricted state if the payment remains unresolved.

Email [email protected] with the workspace name, owner email, invoice date or number, and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details.
